Lands End to John ‘O Groats Virtual Challenge

Lands End to John O’ Groats is an iconic 1407km route from the bottom to the top of the UK. Will you conquer the length of the United Kingdom for Prevent Breast Cancer?

If you measure the United Kingdom from the very bottom (Lands End) to the very top (John O’ Groats) it amounts to 1407km of open road. We challenge you and your team to collectively cover the distance virtually in support of our charity. This unique experience will not only raise funds and awareness for Prevent Breast Cancer, but also enhance the health and wellbeing of those involved, may they be your friends, family or colleagues. Every step you make will bring us one step closer to a breast cancer free future.

  • You’re welcome to take on the challenge solo, but we reckon it’s much more fun if you recruit some trusty companions to go the distance with you. How about asking your friends, family or colleagues to get involved?
  • It’s important to pick a time-scale that works for the size and abilities within your team – this could be anything from 1 day, 1 month or a whole year! Some participants may be able to cover a further distance than others, but together as a team you will reach your goal.
  • We recommend using the app World Walking to measure your steps. Once you’ve signed up to the challenge below, we will send over instructions on how to create your challenge within the app and invite people to track their progress.
  • Creating a JustGiving page for your team is a quick, easy and convenient way to raise funds as a team. Every penny you raise will help us get one step closer to a breast cancer free future. We’ll send you the details once you sign up.
