1. Online Shopping

We aim to process all enquires and requests as quickly as possible, but we reserve the right to restrict, refuse or cancel orders, as well as refuse access to the website and terminate accounts at our discretion. This website is intended for use by those over 18 only.

We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time, but in respect of any ordered goods, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which you accepted when placing your order.

2. Pricing

Prevent Breast Cancer has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website. In particular we try to ensure that all the prices shown on the website are accurate.

Where a reduced price is shown on sale items, the item(s) have been on sale at the higher price for at least 28 days.

Reduced items will show both the “was” and “now” prices.

Pricing and availability information is subject to change without notice.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and do not include delivery charges.

3. How Your Order Is Processed and Availability

After you have placed an order with us we will send you a confirmation email. This email is a confirmation and acceptance of your order.

If after we have confirmed your order we discover any unforeseen reason as to why we cannot complete it, we will cancel your order, in full or in part, and advise you by email and refund when necessary.

Our acceptance of your offer to purchase our goods is subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of your order via the web or email is not a guarantee of delivery. If we are unable to deliver the goods which you have offered to purchase we will tell you as quickly as possible and a full refund will be given. Please note that despatch estimates are not guaranteed and that despatch times should not be relied upon as such.

4. Payment

We accept payment by the following credit and debit cards:

Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Solo, Maestro, Visa Electron, JCB, Diners Club and American Express.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The agreement between us shall be and interpreted in accordance with English law and the jurisdiction of the English courts.

These terms and conditions, together with our current prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us. Nothing said by any person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions.

6. Delivery

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment. Your order will normally be delivered within 7 working days, but please allow up to 14 days to cover any eventuality. If you order Christmas card(s) which have sold out, we may substitute with cards of a similar design and price.

We can deliver your order to an address of your choice but remember the order may need to be signed for.

At present we can only accept online orders from the UK. If you live abroad and are interested in ordering Christmas Cards or Merchandise, please call 0161 291 4400 or email info@preventbreastcancer.org.uk and we can process your order.

7. Returns

We make every effort to ensure your goods are carefully despatched to you, and we hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you have cause for dissatisfaction you may return them to us.

Items must be in their original condition, unworn and returned within 28 days of receipt. You must include your receipt and/or delivery documents as proof of purchase

You should follow the returns procedures laid out on this website.

If you experience any difficulties with returning goods please call us on +44 161 291 4400.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you must arrange and pay for the return of the products. Please state the reason for return and whether you would like a refund or exchange. Pack the items back in the parcel, with the original invoice.

All of this is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Your Right To Cancel This Agreement

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 working days starting from the day after the goods are delivered (the cooling off period) in which to cancel this agreement.

If you wish to cancel this agreement you must notify us and return the goods within 14 days of your notification to cancel. (see the returns procedures laid out on this website on how to do this). Goods will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.

9. Our Right To Cancel This Agreement

We reserve the right to cancel your order if:

We have insufficient stock to fulfil the order.

We are unable to obtain payment.

We do not deliver to your area.

A product fault or an error in the product description has been identified.

10. Your Personal Data

Please note that in order to process orders and maintain financial records, Prevent Breast Cancer will collect and store the personal information you provide when making your order.
