Prevent Breast Cancer are excited to be launching a new 2021 campaign focused on improving the wellbeing, physical and mental health of our supporters.
What is the new campaign?
We want to give you the opportunity to become part of a supportive community that encourages you to keep fit, eat healthily and stimulate the mind.
As a member you’ll be given access to regular events, classes and content. It will be an all-encompassing campaign filled with sporting challenges, creative sessions, habit hacks and more. There will be something for everyone. This campaign is open to women, men and children, we hope to offer something for the whole family.
Will there be fundraising involved?
There will be a fundraising focus. Alongside your wellbeing journey we hope individuals will challenge themselves to raise funds for the prevention of breast cancer. This can be in all sorts of ways, whether it is asking friends and family to donate a pound for every week you quit a bad habit, getting sponsored for an active challenge, or donating to your own page for each new skill you learn.
We will be there to help every step of the way with guidance and ideas.

Where did the inspiration come from?
We were inspired by the already established and extremely successful 2-Day Diet Club. The club derived from the clinically proven 2-Day Diet Book, researched and written by Dr. Michelle Harvie and Prof Tony Howell. This community has gone from strength to strength and we are taking the next step to build a wider network.
