Cucumber was born when Eileen & Nancy put their heads together and realised that getting hot and sweaty is probably the last taboo.
So they decided to create a fabric-led fashion brand using revolutionary intelligent and luxurious fabrics that helps banish sweat, keeping the wearer feeling cool and looking stylish.
Since their launch in September 2017 they have been featured everywhere from The Daily Telegraph to The Sunday Times Style Magazine, and have had countless testimonials from happy customers.
They’re proud to say that Cucumber is 100% British made and they source everything but our fabrics within the UK, (since we only want to use the best cutting-edge fabrics which at the moment are only produced overseas).
They look after their supply chain and that includes looking after their workers – they will only ever pay fair wages.
They are constantly looking at ways of reducing their footprint. You will notice when you receive your order that they deliberately use minimal packaging, all of which is recyclable. Moving forward, they have now banished all plastic packaging and replaced it with 100% compostable and biodegradable film.
