Morecambe Bay Walk

Our Morecambe Bay Walk is back on 21st June 2025! Sign up today to secure your place.

Join us for a truly unique journey across the breathtaking expanse of Morecambe Bay led by the Guide Over Sands Trust. This iconic guided walk takes you from the picturesque village of Arnside to the charming town of Grange-over-Sands.

The walk is approximately 6-8 miles depending on the tides and takes around 3-4 hours. The walk is suitable for most ages and abilities, but a reasonable level of fitness is required.

From Friday 9th May to Friday 23rd May, you can buy two tickets for this event for £25!

Prevent Breast Cancer uses science to save lives. We fund expert research into prediction, prevention & early detection, focusing on family genetics, improved screening and understanding risks. By taking part in the Morecambe Bay Walk, you’ll be raising money to create a future free from breast cancer.
