The adidas Manchester Marathon, the UK’s second largest marathon and one of Europe’s largest, is an iconic event drawing participants from all over the world to the vibrant streets of Greater Manchester. Join thousands of runners as they take on one of the flattest, fastest, and friendliest marathon routes in the UK.

Prevent Breast Cancer is the only UK charity dedicated to the prediction and prevention of breast cancer – we’re committed to freeing the world from the disease altogether. By running for us in the marathon you’ll be running to raise money to create a breast cancer-free future.

  • A fundraising pack, including a fundraising guide, sponsor forms and other helpful tools to help you to get sponsorship
  • Support from a dedicated member of our fundraising team
  • A free Prevent Breast Cancer running vest or t-shirt once you’ve hit a minimum of 50% of your fundraising target
