Charity Golf Day

Could your team putt for prevention? A charity golf day is a wonderful way to enjoy a cracking game of golf whilst raising vital awareness and funds for Prevent Breast Cancer.

If you’re an avid golf player and think your club could get involved – we would love to have your support.

  • Tickets – Setting an entry fee, or suggesting a donation is a great way to start raising funds.
  • Play it pink! – For a bit of extra fun, why not suggest a pink dress code? We’ve had several golf clubs run successful Pink Ladies Day events where players are encouraged to add a splash of pink to their outfit.
  • Coffee & Cake – A bake sale is a tasty way to boost your fundraising.
  • Christmas Card Sale – Our charity Christmas cards are always very popular! If you would like to offer a selection of our cards, get in touch. Available from September.
  • Prizes – Who doesn’t love a raffle! How about a special prize for the winning team and best pink outfit?
  • Health Talk – We can deliver a brief Health Hour about breast cancer and the charity, or send some breast cancer information leaflets.
  • Online Giving – Want to set a fundraising target or accept online donations? Creating a JustGiving page or Facebook Fundraiser makes it easy for people to contribute to your fundraiser and watch you get closer to your target.
  • Decorate your event – How about some bunting and balloons to make your day look brilliant? Simply get in touch and we’ll pop a fundraising pack in the post to you. Pink t-shirts and tutus are also available!
