Run through centuries of history in one of the UK’s most scenic half marathons. The Cambridge Half takes you past world-famous colleges, along the River Cam, and through beautiful city streets – all on a fast, flat course perfect for both first-timers and seasoned runners.

Prevent Breast Cancer is the only UK charity dedicated to the prediction and prevention of breast cancer – we’re committed to freeing the world from the disease altogether. By running for us you’ll be raising money to create a breast cancer free future.

  • A fundraising pack, including a fundraising guide, sponsor forms and other helpful tools to help you to get sponsorship
  • Support from a dedicated member of our fundraising team
  • A free Prevent Breast Cancer running vest or t-shirt once you’ve hit a minimum of 50% of your fundraising target
